Do Same-Sex Crushes Equivalent To Homosexuality?

Same-sex crushes aren't that abnormal as you think. In fact, nearly everyone has a same-sex crush during their respective lifetimes. Usually, teens are hurry to jump into the fact that having a same-sex crush means that they are engaged in homosexuality.

Fortunately, having a same-sex crush just means that you really admire the person in the way he carries himself and his unique characteristics.

Before you want to "jump ship" in the dating arena and declare yourself gay, I would advise that you carefully revise your daily habits.

Here is a checklist to really decide whether or not you are gay:

1.Do you spend your time checking out guys instead of girls all the time? And vice versa (if you are a female)?

2. Do you spend your time looking for explicit pictures of homosexual couples engaging in sexual intercourse online?

3.Do you fantasize about performing fellatio or engaging anal sex with other guys?

Now, please don't be so hurry to quickly declare yourself as gay. There are many implications for this declaration. But, if you really feel sexually or romantically attracted to somebody of the same sex, I have some options for you to choose as well. There's absolutely nothing wrong with being gay; it's just that you might lead a slightly different lifestyle as compared to the rest of your peers. But, I will come to that later.

Some religious people think that being gay is against the will of God, which makes growing up extremely hard for gay teens. Try to talk to a professional counselor if you really consider yourself as gay. There are support services that support homosexuality. Don't worry too much about it.
